What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Considering the minimal salary growth in recent years, I believe a review aligned with market benchmarks would be appropriate.

The first priority should be to value employees who genuinely put in effort to keep clients satisfied. Unfortunately, I did not see that value being extended to employees, even from the leadership. I resigned due to a lack of job security and improper communication.
