What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company culture could be improved by fostering a more merit-based environment, with greater focus on performance, collaboration, and transparency rather than office politics or favoritism.

Review from HR Dept

Clear role separation between Management and the HR Director would help improve focus and effectiveness. Ensuring that no individual handles multiple critical roles simultaneously can strengthen governance and company culture.

Review from HR Dept

The leadership and HR teams need to bring change. At present, the leadership assigns unrealistic workloads that are difficult to achieve. Even though they know the tasks cannot be fully completed, they continue to pressure employees, leading to demotivation and disengagement.

Review from HR Dept

Employee friendly and required more focus on customer interaction and communication

Review from Engineering Dept

As I suggest, implement more gaming culture at least twice a week.

Review from IT Dept

Interaction of Executive team with all employees

Review from IT Dept

Try to leave IPS Project and Grab Some Good projects

Review from IT Dept

Review from Customer Success Dept

Filling higher management with right resources. I see there is always issue with higher management and its keep on changing

Review from Engineering Dept

Keep team lunch and outing atleast for quarterly

Review from Sales Dept

Management, need to re-consider Kishore Kumar Dintakurti for long term company's growth. He approaches with ego centric.

Review from Finance Dept

Team building and interactions, not always depends on clients feedback and guiding the resources instead of last minute action plan

Review from Engineering Dept

Since Iam very new to the organization. Its too early for me to decide / participate.

Review from Business Development Dept

Managers and Director, mainly in SALESFORCE (OLD DIRECTOR), they don't have experience to become director and managers, the person who don't have worked as a manager are sitting on Director level (In Salesforce practice), don't know who gave Keys to that person to manage practice. ZERO Growth.

Review from Engineering Dept

Culture is Worst, Managers always put pressure on team, My team is working 17 hours per day from last 3 months (Lady employee also) at night upto 2-3 Am they are in meeting..No Work life balance.. absolutely NOO....Always asking for coming office and when people came to office there No Work to DOO.

Review from Engineering Dept

Everything needs to change, from management to employees,.projects as well, all projects having zero learning. Nothing to gain from it.

Review from Engineering Dept
