What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The leadership and HR teams need to bring change. At present, the leadership assigns unrealistic workloads that are difficult to achieve. Even though they know the tasks cannot be fully completed, they continue to pressure employees, leading to demotivation and disengagement.

Managers and Director, mainly in SALESFORCE (OLD DIRECTOR), they don't have experience to become director and managers, the person who don't have worked as a manager are sitting on Director level (In Salesforce practice), don't know who gave Keys to that person to manage practice. ZERO Growth.

Right benefits to night employees. Providing the basic required sourcing tools. changes in the incentive structure as per the market. Hiring the right people for director-level is someone who has experience in the US staffing industry. Getting new clients.
