Managers and Director, mainly in SALESFORCE (OLD DIRECTOR), they don't have experience to become director and managers, the person who don't have worked as a manager are sitting on Director level (In Salesforce practice), don't know who gave Keys to that person to manage practice. ZERO Growth.

Culture is Worst, Managers always put pressure on team, My team is working 17 hours per day from last 3 months (Lady employee also) at night upto 2-3 Am they are in meeting..No Work life balance.. absolutely NOO....Always asking for coming office and when people came to office there No Work to DOO.
