The leadership and HR teams need to bring change. At present, the leadership assigns unrealistic workloads that are difficult to achieve. Even though they know the tasks cannot be fully completed, they continue to pressure employees, leading to demotivation and disengagement.

Managers and Director, mainly in SALESFORCE (OLD DIRECTOR), they don't have experience to become director and managers, the person who don't have worked as a manager are sitting on Director level (In Salesforce practice), don't know who gave Keys to that person to manage practice. ZERO Growth.
