Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would appreciate compensation that is more aligned with my role, skills, and contributions. Greater transparency in salary reviews and performance-based increments would help me feel better valued.

There is no proper value to long term employees, some higher management works only for Company's growth or Self growth but doesn't support for employee growth. Most of the times they give fake commitments just to get their work done.
