What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on the resources that make CriticalRiver what it is - the people. This was previously the way the company was operated. Over the past several months, it has gone 180 degrees in the opposite direction and are focused only on financials it seems.

Nothing I can see positive thing, This company supports who doesn't know work and doesn't follow the process of project execution and this company/management support / believe contracts than permanent employees
