One and a half years ago this was a very good company, but now it is not. There is no proper management, and who doesn't know how to manage project they became project manager and they don't know how to take requirements and there is no proper communication the team member

They are not like just coworker, they have become best friends

Even based on experience salary is not matching and also I am part of project as well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing I can see positive thing, This company supports who doesn't know work and doesn't follow the process of project execution and this company/management support / believe contracts than permanent employees
