Delaware North – It started out great and I really liked it at first. But as time goes by all levels of higher-ups have sought ways to scrape more and more off the top, at the expense of the people working really hard every day (and some commuting really far, like me) in order to keep the business running.

Was hat Ihnen am Interviewprozess am besten gefallen?
It was fast and friendly, and they didn't ask me a bunch of esoteric questions that have little to do with the work I perform.
Was sind einige der besten Dinge an Ihrem Team?
Most of us "underlings" (associates and not management, definitely not corporate) are very hardworking, encouraging, and do the best we can to have each others' back. Certain coworkers are great about covering a bathroom break, helping with tasks if someone's busy and behind, etc.
Was läuft falsch und wie kann es verbessert werden?
Stop adding micro-managy tasks when we're already running to get everything done. Staff adequately. Help cover work areas if a task requires an associate to be in a whole different area for several minutes. LET ASSOCIATES BUY FOOD. PROVIDE A SNOW SHUTTLE.
Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?
I feel undervalued because the company has obliterated every employee benefit and service they can think of in order to save themselves money, when they already make six figures and I make barely above minimum wage. Better wages and health care please, and start seeing associates as humans
