Delaware North Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Nice people and fun environment

When they are able to communicate with us.

Not much yet. Seems to be no oversight at all

Review from Operations Dept

My manager listens, has excellent leadership skills and always open to discussions on how to work smarter not harder. One of the best managers.

Front Office Manager couldn't. New Front Desk Supervisor wouldn't. Returning Front Desk Supervisor was too stressed and never really explained anything.

They are willing to work with you if you personal issues that will affect your work and attendance. They are very understanding as long as you are being thruthful.

Review from Operations Dept

The leadership supports and values the team.

It takes a lot to have everything come together during an event., strong personalities

They are always pushing us and guiding us to do better!

They are very laid back

They want to hear from team members

They listen and they take care what the problem is before it becomes an issue.

They listen and when possible make changes. People oriented.

They really listened to the employees and cared about how each day went for each person.

The knowledge of doing things right and accurately.

This company respects their workers.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They seem to do the right things

Review from Sales Dept

High ethics and guest centricity

Transparency. Everyone is straight forward about what they want and creates an environment that's a pleasure to work in.

Review from Operations Dept

we all work well together

Review from Sales Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading , being proactive and giving good examples

Fairness to employees and customers

Need to be prepared beforehand and not to be scrambling around while work is in progress

Accountability and doing their jobs

Not pressureEmployee soEmployee gas time to put on protective gear

Treating staff with some respect & value their contributions. Don't get caught up if a staff member asks for a free bottle of Franklins water as opposed to out of the tap! Sheesh! Make it an enjoyable experience to come to work, not a chore? Delaware Nth has so much to learn. I hope the penny drops?

Review from Customer Success Dept

Accepting outside innovators and dump the current culture

Promote employees that had been with the company for many years. DNA prefers to hire externally than give a chance to staff that has been in the company doing the same job for decades. They don't want to develop people skills and HR is a huge dissapointment.

Review from Operations Dept

Communication with the unit operation leaders.

Review from Operations Dept

The management needs work. There is no sense of urgency and prejudice staff members. Working here has shown me that you have to kiss ass to get ahead in life. It doesn't matter how hard I work because I will continue to get the short end of the stick.

Review from Operations Dept

Empowering staff and not being the models of cooperate greed

Review from Customer Support Dept

Communication with employees and lessening guidelines, its like working in a prison gang. No escape and forced labor at all times

Review from Sales Dept

caring about their employees and giving them the tools they need

Review from Sales Dept

The executive team preaches accountability for one's venue, but offers no guidance whatsoever. If you are not completely self-sufficient you are set up to fail.

Review from Operations Dept

communication is not always the best

Review from Sales Dept

no communication, no employee positivity

Review from Sales Dept

They could really get better with their organizational skills.
