My process was many years ago. There was incredible people in charge then. I'm not so sure how it is now. Considering most don't stay long, it can't be good. No structure. No rules told. No mention of the union and our CBA.
It was easy and straight forward.

More indepth training based off your hired location that comes with an alotted training period, so there's no question about your duties and expectations.
