The besy team about my team is I think I am very understanding to my team others and I let them suggest what their thoughts when some project issue that needs to be addressed so that I can get a better idea to resolve it smoothly.

The diversity of the team is astonishing.
The workers front up and do the right thing and genuinely work hard. It ain't recognised at all by the hierarchy despite their spin with videos stating thank you for all your hard work and commitment. People can see right through the spin? Show leadership and lead by example. I delete such videos.

Most of us "underlings" (associates and not management, definitely not corporate) are very hardworking, encouraging, and do the best we can to have each others' back. Certain coworkers are great about covering a bathroom break, helping with tasks if someone's busy and behind, etc.

Well, it all starts from the top employees are gonna treat each other. The way managers treat you. Manager did not set an example.
