Positive due to certain employees I share a shift with. Negative when management complain about things that previous shift was responsible for. But don't tell the previous shift, shift after shift. Just complain to us. Fix the situation.

Nothing. The culture in this particular branch is extremly negative. With many managers ending in stress leave or psychologycal assistance. The staff in general doesn't care because they know the company don't care about them.
