Pay is trash and the assignments keep piling up as you get trained more and more but pay never increases

The company isn't the worst I've worked for, I feel for the amount of work beyond our job descriptions they ask us to do we should be getting paid a bit more than what we do. but at least they whole hardheartedly care about us
