What are your coworkers at DHL like?
Very cool people
I love those people. Even the 2 I don't like are awesome.
There are 500,000 of them. Colleagues come from all nations, races and backgrounds. Diversity is a big thing at DHL. Not unusual at all to have meetings with 4-5 different nationalities, both sexes and multiple race makeups. Works great.

Normal questions
Basic questions. Have you work in a place like this? Can you use a computer? Can you match number to number? Are you scared of heights?
What part of DHL's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Their locations and work are growing fast. The revolving door is what hurts them the most.
Dot.com is growing and everywhere else is having difficulties, especially the Non Con area.
Ecommerce is growing exponentially.
What's the office vibe like at DHL?

Good. We have a multi-national multi-cultural environment. Typical meeting may have an American, Italian, German, Chinese and Indian all in the same team. DHL is a great place to work.
Laid back. Easy to talk to bosses.
It use to have a fun and friendly vibe until Roger Payne. Now, its a bit melancholy.
What are you most excited about working at DHL?
The money.
Getting to see people I love working with and Pay days.

Anywhere between 15 minutes to around 30 minutes, depending on which supervisor is giving the interview. The better Sups take there time and explain things in detail for better understanding if what that person may have to do if hired.

I wore jeans and a t-shirt. Same kind of thing I wear when im at work. Nothing revealing. Nothing with anything on it that could be offensive.

Normal
The interviewing is ok but when it comes to the actual hiring, the tend to over look older people of color with experience to the younger, straught out of school type.

Diverse. Accepting.

We just think what they tell us. They dont tell us much about the higher uppers.
