Definitely feel like no one cares or understands. Stop being all about yourself and your bottom line and learn how to properly conduct a business in the service industry.

The worst dispatching of any food delivery service. They will send you from one end of your territory to the opposite side and give you a pickup time that was half an hour or more ago. Severely penalized for rejecting such orders as well as the ones from restaurants that you know are no good.
