Best company to work never though i will make 80k just deliveering food with them they pay more than any other food company and less tensions and simple and straight

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More benefits. Minimum delivery fee for customers. Discounts for drivers on food.

The company pays way under market rate for a lot of positions (including mine). Benefits are ok but do not make up for the low salary.

The whole team is pretty down. Improved moral would make it a more pleasant experience.

It's very fake, not sincere. Need to improve morale and feel like the employees are actually cared about rather than looking like a hip/cool company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Wait times for food. Low pay on fast food deliveries. Schedule pick-ups to match driver arrival, offer bonus pay on fast food deliveries with tiny tips.
