Stop making it a requirement for a driver to essentially give up all their freedom. To delivery grossly underpaid orders.

It's very fake, not sincere. Need to improve morale and feel like the employees are actually cared about rather than looking like a hip/cool company.

It is obvious when numbers aren't being hit. The c-level team gets anxious and puts that on employees.
