Structured and organized while haveing comunocation skills .
Helpful polite and always able to solve issues

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure there actions match their words and incompetent people are trained and/or replaced.
Listening to their employees snd customers.
Stop violating independent contractor rights and fraud
Stop finding ways to punish drivers for their broken app. Not to mention stop having driver care give the run around on healthcare subsidies.

Worse delivery company reps are not trained
There is no camaraderie if anything it's discouraged

Equality, therefor everybody is treated the same
Free food is a pretty great perk!

Hectic traffic in Hanford causes me to panic and occasionally I'll need extended breaks just to call my anxiety. Other than that things are going well.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better Customer support representatives now
Stop making it a requirement for a driver to essentially give up all their freedom. To delivery grossly underpaid orders.
A lot needs to be changed
Better communication and appreciation for drivers
Way to negative, dont give employees any credit for their knowledge

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's no camaraderie among any of the Workers and management has no clue what's going on
They're not prioritizing or taking care of the drivers. Especially if they're having problems with the app.
Get new exec who can do better job instead of harrassing ppl
