Its gone down hill. I work 7 days a week to little success as a driver.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually see if the person whos hired isnt going to leave a bad taste with customers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop making it a requirement for a driver to essentially give up all their freedom. To delivery grossly underpaid orders.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop finding ways to punish drivers for their broken app. Not to mention stop having driver care give the run around on healthcare subsidies.
