The people I work with are amazing. Grubhub has been able to assemble a great team, though it is a rotating door. People come and go often.

Worse delivery company reps are not trained
There is no camaraderie if anything it's discouraged

I guess you get what you pay for. Some people are brought in at near minimum wage and you'll work in the same department with those who clearly lied on their resume or who just got the job from someone who they know.
