Harley-Davidson – lack of vacation, lack of sick time, extremely strict attendance policy paired with NO flexibility in work schedule. as an hourly worker i dont feel i work for the same company as the salary people. the only changes that are ever made are negative towards the employee.

i feel management does not care about me one bit. i feel they think i am expendable and think they could easily just get another person to fill my spot if i quit so they dont care
