Communication and stop scared tactics
Follow labor laws and know your audience.
caring/listening more and listening to the hourly workers. (about 1/2 the company)
Setting the strategy for the product development and staffing appropriately.
Listen to your people. We are eager to be led.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is my salary
Fair and competitive with industry
My 401K. Not really good though.
I receive commission for selling motorcycles and financing motorcycles.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have kids, if there is a company shutdown without notice employees should get paid
Profits are put above people, even at the risk of breaking laws.
i feel management does not care about me one bit. i feel they think i am expendable and think they could easily just get another person to fill my spot if i quit so they dont care
I work sales in MotorClothes which concludes most of the floor and we work events and promotions for riders. I feel like it's a heavy work load. We are the first person to greet potential customers. Higher pay and/or more commission would be preferrable.

Management never listens to those that complete the everyday tasks required to make the company profitable. Industry standard in healthcare and benefits are merely the lowest price required to spend to achieve governmental compliance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is passionate about riding. and we are an actual team , energy feeds on energy and its important to have a strong team that values one another and has fun!
My team always has your back, no matter what the circumstances.

We are try together to get the job done. It's sad though, that we have no true management people. They have no authority! Very sad
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Remove the mangers who refuse to follow the rules.
Hire less convicts and more qualifications required in order to secure employment. Stop using temp agencies and hire direct utilizing company ran interviews to remove undesirable applicants.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
how much compassion and empathy the people have, to share the love of the sport (while making money), that managers want to help you be more successful

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Actually taking time to learn in train in a practical sense and not in theory
Get the entitled employees out of the business.
any of the punitive/negative based outdated and strict policies such as the attendance policy.
What did you like most about the interview process?
that I got to meet everyone from all 9 dealerships and were able to give input to help each other out , teamwork

They offered me a job while I was with a friend looking into getting him a new bike. I guess seen something they liked in me and wanted to add me into their.team
I never felt uncomfortable or was treated as if I was going to be an outcast.

seeing people happy as ever on their new bike,
The customer interaction, definitely is the happiest part of this labor intensive job
Working with customers and finding the right motorcycle or item for them
That I get to work with people that I care about and we have fun at work.

Upper level harassment and entitlement issues need to be taken out of play in the workplace.
