Asked to the Engineering Department at Harley-Davidson

  • I have been given chances to pursue six sigma certification all the way from green belt to master black belt; plenty of opportunities for project management experience as well as training and certification as an auditor. So, I’d say they were whatever you want to take advantage of. Part of the culture is for you to say where you want to go and what you want to be. My mangers have always supported any training or opportunities that came up for me to pursue in trying to reach my career aspirations.
