Communication and stop scared tactics
Follow labor laws and know your audience.
caring/listening more and listening to the hourly workers. (about 1/2 the company)
Setting the strategy for the product development and staffing appropriately.
Listen to your people. We are eager to be led.
Recognize flaws in their hiring practices and the abysmal moral within the rank and file employees that affords them their lofty salaries and compensation. At least they can act like they actually care about those over which they rule.
Fostering communication and collaboration between departments. Encouraging transparency.
