Depends on the function. But, often it's more for fit than raw talent and potential.
Initial screen then 3 or 4 interview process.

helpful, collaborative. People usually try to help folks out, but we're all busy and sometimes getting time from someone can be tough.

It's getting a little too senior/stuffy and process oriented. I joined when we were young and scrappy. Times change though.

Yes. You get hired away by the supportive manager in the other function, with some reasonable transition time.

What is the onboarding process like at Intapp and how long does it last?
We have a pretty robust new hire orientation, which is usually 3-5 days (depending on your role). Then, it's working with your manager 1:1, and setting your own milestones. However, on-boarding timeline depends on your ability to get up to speed.

I think they are happy.
What do you wish you knew before starting at Intapp?
That the company is generally inclined to hire more senior people. I wish there were more people around my age here -- mid 30s.

It depends on your performance.

Good, but it's accrual-based. So, it takes a little bit to build up your reserve.
