JELD WEN – Customer service and delivery of a working product. We are having issues with replacements windows - getting in sashes and pulls to replace the REPLACEMENT parts. Obviously poor poor quality control at the factory. Shipping date continues to change and I am talking 4 months at a time. Ridiculous
