Everything inclusing enforcing safety rules , you get fired for being accused of saying a bad word but you can break the safety rules daily with no consequences.
Communication needs to be better
Find out who is actually getting productive work done and who is standing around talking all day and cut loose the useless people. Bite the bullet and realize you've got a lot of worthless people and positions in the office and management. Find people who actually know how to manage.

Need a strong leader/CEO. CEO has no building materials experience and it shows. JEM operating model and footprint rationalization did not produce the efficiencies and savings promised. Struggling to hit $100 Mil. run rate by end of 2020.
