Our immediate Group Manager and Supervisor at least listen to the grievances and try to find a solution solution we can all compromise on.

Leadership is always listening to they staff and gives great feedback on ideas.

They are there everyday. You see them and have interactions

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything inclusing enforcing safety rules , you get fired for being accused of saying a bad word but you can break the safety rules daily with no consequences.

Communication needs to be better

Find out who is actually getting productive work done and who is standing around talking all day and cut loose the useless people. Bite the bullet and realize you've got a lot of worthless people and positions in the office and management. Find people who actually know how to manage.

Communication and letting people know the hours ahead of time instead of last night. We never know if we have to work Saturdays until Friday.

Need a strong leader/CEO. CEO has no building materials experience and it shows. JEM operating model and footprint rationalization did not produce the efficiencies and savings promised. Struggling to hit $100 Mil. run rate by end of 2020.
