Everything , communication , respect , helping one another , even some diversity would have been nice.
People need the tools to do their jobs. Jeldwen uses things until they are so worn out they are dangerous to use. Not enough carts. Not enough forklifts. Etc
Most of the coworkers that hang around are good to work with but there seems to be a lot of people who come and go. Not much you can do about that the way things are right now.
Use common goals and be aligned
Management needs to support them better. Because most of the dissatisfaction is due to lack of motivation and discouragement due to how upper management (the C suite) treats them.
Allow managers to build and trim teams as needed as long as they can justify it. Stop making decisions about things that don't really impact Directors their responsibility to sign off. It is ridiculous.
Some are good some brown nose do nothing
