I've been employed for20 years. The current company was not in place.

I never even got interviewed, I walked into a temp agency in shorts and flip flops and got put on the job on the spot with no real process other than be here at this time

I think if the managers would actually listen to employees and actually try to improve the issues brung up by employees it would be best. But, they just get mad and throw their tantrums.
