Support lower level management. Upper management needs to improve integrity.

Need a strong leader/CEO. CEO has no building materials experience and it shows. JEM operating model and footprint rationalization did not produce the efficiencies and savings promised. Struggling to hit $100 Mil. run rate by end of 2020.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
No interruption in pay. Pay is accurate and the rare occasion with an issue was resolved quickly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my work load keeps frowning and having responsibilities added to my daily work load but no extra pay to go with it

Upper management did not pass any "good job" or congratulations to lower management, only criticisms and put down the lower management team on daily basis. Bullying the lower managers is a daily event.

HR department to support front line managers.

Better management, management not stopping the line over rumors, more accountability, and issues actually being taken care of in a timely manner without being reminded every 2 hours

I never even got interviewed, I walked into a temp agency in shorts and flip flops and got put on the job on the spot with no real process other than be here at this time

I think if the managers would actually listen to employees and actually try to improve the issues brung up by employees it would be best. But, they just get mad and throw their tantrums.

Hire less socially aggressive managers. Take action against managers who are actively hostile to employees. Treat workers like they aren't disposable, and actually do something about retaliation
