I truly don't see any positivity. The lack of communication and clustered work environment is a problem.

Was müssen Ihre Mitarbeiter verbessern und wie könnten Sie besser zusammenarbeiten?

They don't seem to care because there is no motivation to care. Manager decisions gets everybody behind. Then we're giving a deadline to catch up without their help.
