Our management team consistently shows favoritism and treats each team member differently based on gender, sexuality, and appearance.

The culture itself is originatity. MOD supports being different and celebrating the differences in others. This culture, however, seems to stop at the front door.

Team members, all stars (trainers), and floor captains should all be treated with AND show each other respect. This shouldn't be a suggestion, but a requirement.

MOST of the team are personable and get along well. However, not all of them have been trained properly on the Guest Service aspect of food service.

I feel undervalued because our general manager talks about our shortcomings behind our back and treats us inconsistently. The team has reached out to HR with little response.

I didn't feel welcomed. I felt needed. I felt like I was there to fill a spot or a demographic. Terms and pay rate were not negotiated. Hired in as franchise team member. Was not fully informed about what it meant to become corporate.
