It's like a big family over there. Everyone knows each other it's a good environment.
I love most of my co-workers. Most of them are very friendly and nice to converse with.
I hired and trained my whole crew so the atmosphere and culture is very positive

They are sole reason our store is successful, no corporate measure or policy has had any where near the influence as the store environment created by the staff and it shows compaired to other locations

Hiring better people to work
wearing socks. trimming fingernails. washing hands. not using drugs in the back. common sense.

the entire mod squad is a joke. the team is completely dysfunctional. there are people who do nothing and people who do everything. it is ridiculously unmanaged and unfair. there are favorites with the managers who get special treatment even though their work is subpar. multiple employees do nothing

Actually fix problems and discipline those that need it. Half the staff is worthless, the other half is awesome and is forced to pick up slack.

Everyone sits around and doesnt follow company rules or health codes. They call off weekly and leave the rest of the staff short handed

MOD needs to start improving team cohesiveness, and training its squad members. In the Chicagoland area the squad, management, and upper management need to communicate their needs more effectively. There also has to be discipline for frequent call offs and rewards (hours) given to reliable people.
