I love most of my co-workers. Most of them are very friendly and nice to converse with.
I hired and trained my whole crew so the atmosphere and culture is very positive
Most of them are positive energy bearing souls
The team understands what being a team is. They cover each other, work to improve each other, and know how to maintain morality. Whatever is left atleast.

They are sole reason our store is successful, no corporate measure or policy has had any where near the influence as the store environment created by the staff and it shows compaired to other locations
Most people seem to try hard
Great attitude and positivity. They are willing to press on through all the tough times, and still do a quality job! Always a joy to work with.
On site crew is great. Lots of people have been there for years with me so they are dear friends, it’s the corporate leadership that likes to dehumanize u
I absolutely love interacting with my coworkers. They make things feel so much better when things are stressful.

Coworkers were usually great it was captain or management that was the issue.

There are never meetings for us to talk about the issues

the entire mod squad is a joke. the team is completely dysfunctional. there are people who do nothing and people who do everything. it is ridiculously unmanaged and unfair. there are favorites with the managers who get special treatment even though their work is subpar. multiple employees do nothing
Review from Sales Dept
no drama and no "cliques"
Review from Operations Dept
Actually fix problems and discipline those that need it. Half the staff is worthless, the other half is awesome and is forced to pick up slack.
Review from Sales Dept
knowing what they need to do and working with customers and getting orders out in a timely fashion. As well knowing how to build the perfect pizza and not so messy.

Working together not stabbing each other in back

Everyone sits around and doesnt follow company rules or health codes. They call off weekly and leave the rest of the staff short handed

MOD needs to start improving team cohesiveness, and training its squad members. In the Chicagoland area the squad, management, and upper management need to communicate their needs more effectively. There also has to be discipline for frequent call offs and rewards (hours) given to reliable people.
