What do you like best about the leadership team?
A current perosn in leadership is harrassing me currently otherwise I appreciate the leadership
Leadership gets things taken care of, GM is rude and aggressive
They take care of us
My direct leader is incredibly personable and supportive and helps coach and guide me
They are nice but needs to be more hands on
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
providing a pathway to development opportunities
cleaning, being direct, no more gossiping,
Pay at all levels and a more lenient labor model to not over work employees
Communication, organization, compensation, compassion, flexinility
Retrain the whole leadership team from captains to administraitve staff to where they understand its workers and prioritize each other's mental health.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything about it is overall really good
Retirement fund is the beat feature
The dental and health benefits
My health insurance plus vacation time is great
I'm fine with everything in this job, poor management just seems to be at the top of the list for me

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work every truck day do prep 75 percent of the time i know every position in the job
If my pay aligned with my responsibilities and the cost of living
That my managers answer their phones and focuse on things to do when it's slow and that my pay gets better
getting paid more than the people that just got hired.
I have to work at a level and with great personal sacrefice in a management position with esentially no extra pay than a entry employee completely unsuported. This is not a small business by any metric and should be able to adress these issues but consistently cannot

The teamwork and the way we are willing to help each other

The team itself, a group of a mazing wonderful people to work with.

It's like a big family over there. Everyone knows each other it's a good environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hiring better people to work
wearing socks. trimming fingernails. washing hands. not using drugs in the back. common sense.

most co workers are cool except ima very tall brown dude and get picked or put in place everyday by that i mean EVERYDAY to show where i belong
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
LGBT friendly, values peoples flaws
Mean and happy because they are all so mean
The team sticks together to try and make things work to the best of their ability
The work place and the managers
The squad members are like my friends, very fun to chat with and we get along well.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To be honest, I don't really like the captain and all star set up. In my store in particular you don't get promotions based off of your work ethic, I think more than once the wrong person has been in charge of me and it's been based off of friendships not work ethic.

Less drug usage and more hours given to store regaurdless of time of season we work in rockwall it is a buay store especially at night we need staff actual age appropriate staff 18+ people who can actual do stuff like dough and oven

Sense of urgency, be more polite
Everything, it’s gotten worse from when I first started with this company. From employees being taken advantage of to not properly being recognized for your hard work. A lot of lethargic people work at this place sad
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a quick process.
The hiring gm at the time was so sweet and outgoing. It really made me want to be part of the team
The manager that hired me made it clear what the workplace was like and what to expect. He asked different questions than usual interviews to get a better feel for my work ethics and personality traits. Unfortunately that manager no longer works here.
They make it very lax and conversational
That they gave me a chance to improve and be my self
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make it more thorough than it was
Trena came to the interview crying begging me to work there and now i understand the desperation

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management and service mixed with marketing
No general manager at the store has been hired after a year since the last general manager left. No guidance and leadership has taken place by any administrative staff. The workers at MOD pizza Fremont CA obtain no hospitality skills and neglects its customers.
