I work every truck day do prep 75 percent of the time i know every position in the job
If my pay aligned with my responsibilities and the cost of living
That my managers answer their phones and focuse on things to do when it's slow and that my pay gets better
getting paid more than the people that just got hired.
I have to work at a level and with great personal sacrefice in a management position with esentially no extra pay than a entry employee completely unsuported. This is not a small business by any metric and should be able to adress these issues but consistently cannot

To be honest, I don't really like the captain and all star set up. In my store in particular you don't get promotions based off of your work ethic, I think more than once the wrong person has been in charge of me and it's been based off of friendships not work ethic.

Everything, it’s gotten worse from when I first started with this company. From employees being taken advantage of to not properly being recognized for your hard work. A lot of lethargic people work at this place sad

The manager that hired me made it clear what the workplace was like and what to expect. He asked different questions than usual interviews to get a better feel for my work ethics and personality traits. Unfortunately that manager no longer works here.

No general manager at the store has been hired after a year since the last general manager left. No guidance and leadership has taken place by any administrative staff. The workers at MOD pizza Fremont CA obtain no hospitality skills and neglects its customers.
