^ what would happen if they gave you a list of things to accomplish and you show them proof?
Very hard you can do it all and my gm and others will still say I haven’t don’t anything at all.

I would say 5 or 10 min. Depending on what it is .

We are a great team together and work very well together when are gm does not put us up against one another this week she likes this one the most and next week it will be anther next week and talk about us to each other behind everyone back

There are many career growth opportunities. After 10 months I was a captain (shift manager), became an all-star after 6 months (trainer/ensuring standards are met) and this is not uncommon. If I were willing to move I could be an AGM/GM. Have connections to hire-ups and will work in their HR department once I graduate. Many chances for growth if you are willing to work for it! There are many people who complain about not being promoted, the management knows when someone is ready. If a minor at my store can become an all-star, the only one stopping them from growing in this amazing company is them!

You can qualify for it immediately but they do reviews every 6 months I believe to check that you still have an average of 30 hours a week to meet benefit requirements.
