Locally, MOD is composed of really great people. Any location you visit will be full of friendly faces who are ready, willing and more than happy to help you leave with a smile and full stomach. Middle management is awesome, hands down.
They value everyone's opinion whether you're on the top of the totem pole or the very bottom.
Our captains are all amazing, hardworking individuals. I appreciate how considerate they are of others, and how helpful they are with new squad members.

My manager needs to do his job, he regularly insults and belittles employees, threatens peoples jobs, and does not suppourt our team unless absolutely necessary
Learning how actual resturants are supposed to run.
Cleanliness and work ethic. Not bringing drugs to work would be a plus.
