What do you like best about the leadership team?

A current perosn in leadership is harrassing me currently otherwise I appreciate the leadership

Leadership gets things taken care of, GM is rude and aggressive

Locally, MOD is composed of really great people. Any location you visit will be full of friendly faces who are ready, willing and more than happy to help you leave with a smile and full stomach. Middle management is awesome, hands down.

They value everyone's opinion whether you're on the top of the totem pole or the very bottom.

Our captains are all amazing, hardworking individuals. I appreciate how considerate they are of others, and how helpful they are with new squad members.

They are good people who care about us and others. They give and allow us to give as well. They truly believe in 2nd chances, hire felons, recovering addicts. Give jobs to those who wouldnt have a chance without them, most stores have a purpose hire, someone with a disability. THEY'RE GOOD PEOPLE

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

providing a pathway to development opportunities

cleaning, being direct, no more gossiping,

Pay at all levels and a more lenient labor model to not over work employees

Communication, organization, compensation, compassion, flexinility

Retrain the whole leadership team from captains to administraitve staff to where they understand its workers and prioritize each other's mental health.

My manager needs to do his job, he regularly insults and belittles employees, threatens peoples jobs, and does not suppourt our team unless absolutely necessary

Learning how actual resturants are supposed to run.

Cleanliness and work ethic. Not bringing drugs to work would be a plus.
