
The bonus plan is by far the best part of my personal plan, but I also enjoy the amount of paid time off I receive each year.
That I’m free to do my job and my team is confident that I’m going to get it done without negative feedback or questioning me or statuses consistently.
Although we are all expected to take on extra projects, we really try to let members choose what additional functions they want. This helps with positive work culture and interaction.
Our team is great. We are global so I understand the difficulties, but it would make a huge impact if the hourly team got to spend a little more time with the executive group.
