The leadership team are actual people. There are many opportunities to connect and learn about them to the point they don't seem like they are on a pedestal.

The executive leadership team is down to Earth and easy to interact with. Their offices are located centrally in the World Headquarters and you will frequently see them at events or around the office.

I like that our local leadership includes everyone in the plant and gives recognition where it is due, but there needs to be better decisions made about maintenance on equipment. We can not make money with equipment that is constantly broken.#thermafiber

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Another clueless manager that is steadly losing the Jackson plant

Our team is great. We are global so I understand the difficulties, but it would make a huge impact if the hourly team got to spend a little more time with the executive group.

Interacting with the production floor is the first step. When management walks out on the floor it usually means someone is going to be fired. Nobody wants to talk to anyone from management.
