Although we are all expected to take on extra projects, we really try to let members choose what additional functions they want. This helps with positive work culture and interaction.

The Sales team is for the most part very enjoyable to be a part of. Happy hours are frequent and there are multiple national sales meetings in a given year.

We have good team members. Not all of them are great, there are a few people on each shift of opps that tend to carry the shift day in and day out. When it comes down to it though we are really short handed and trying to make due with what we have
