What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are actual people. There are many opportunities to connect and learn about them to the point they don't seem like they are on a pedestal.

Another clueless manager that is steadly losing the Jackson plant
Our team is great. We are global so I understand the difficulties, but it would make a huge impact if the hourly team got to spend a little more time with the executive group.
Interacting with the production floor is the first step. When management walks out on the floor it usually means someone is going to be fired. Nobody wants to talk to anyone from management.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employee stock purchase plan and healthcare

Stock and 401k match are pretty solid
I love the whole package
The bonus plan is by far the best part of my personal plan, but I also enjoy the amount of paid time off I receive each year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lower pay than other companies doing the same job . If you smoke your health insurance is more than other workers

Make the company values be a priority. Today the 4 Cs are not true: collaborative, caring, curious and committed
They need to bring the morale up.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They give proper attention and value the time .
I didnt have a million interviews. Had two interviews and they were happy with me.

Get the workers on the floor in the interview process like they used to do. They know what they're looking for
Stop making people take the computer test that determines who will even be able to apply for a job there
