The orientation process and precepting stage is EXCEPTIONALLY unorganized, and poorly stratified. Communication despite all of the team working remotely was zero help for new hires. After requesting assistance from my supervisor the constant answer was "wait for your probation period to be over"

My ADM, OM, DON made me feel as if I was an annoyance. I was stuck in a back office with a computer that had IT problems, and then let go from my position for "not seeming to be a good fit" Was given less than 5 minutes to gather my belongings and pressed off the property.
