diversity most of the time

They focus a lot of attention on necessary education.

I have a wonderful boss that communicates well.

Work on their teamwork and communication skills

Caring, understanding, and compassionate and helpful

Communication and management skills with concerns taken seriously

Being honest. Safe nurse to patient ratios.

Being understanding and actually helping team

The orientation process and precepting stage is EXCEPTIONALLY unorganized, and poorly stratified. Communication despite all of the team working remotely was zero help for new hires. After requesting assistance from my supervisor the constant answer was "wait for your probation period to be over"

Treating its ling-term employees with respect. The laziest among them climbed to the top--nepotism in some instances. Totally abuse hard-working middle class.

Engaging with employees and the community and to pay attention to more employee voices. Marketing is awful and does not draw in patients for the OB unit.

Respect, understanding, compassion, favoritism, positive attitude and communication.

The managers are never in the office. They are out of touch

Review from Operations Dept
