The manager (no longer in charge of my department as of writing this) was honest about the pros and cons about the job. They did not hide anything when I had asked more questions about the process and working situation.
Review from Operations Dept
I felt at ease. I felt like I was already a member of "the team". I wasn't overly nervous or intimidated.
Timely, pleasurable, comfortable and not so formal.
It was laid back and the interviewers made me feel comfortable
It was fast to interview
Opportunties to meet multiple leadership
It was a quick process.
Nothing particularly, as they have all been different. The phone interviews would be the most promising of all.
Review from Finance Dept
Organized and strait forward. Easy website to navigate
very simple questions about you and your core knowledge
Review from Operations Dept
multidisciplinary and multiple levels - I knew what the team was like and what they expected when I completed the interview process, it allowed me to evaluate if I was a good fit for them and if they were a good fit for me!
Review from Operations Dept
That I was comfortable during the process
Review from Customer Support Dept
Interview was done in panel fashion. That can be a little intimidating, but also advantagous for the interviewee.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Intelligent questions related to patient care
Review from Operations Dept

They listen to you pay attention
The interviewers were pleasant and asked sincere questions
It was simple and to the point
Posting salary information; other competitors are transparent and reflect fair market, not promedica
I feel there is discrimination in the interview process.
My employment process took OVER A MONTH to complete. In which time I turned down 6 other prospective employers. The OM couldn't verify drug screening and delegated me, a person of non employment yet to confirm my own UA. Very unprofessional. During my initial interview, the ADM was very distracted
Grr HR people whive graduayed from college.
Be honest and tell the trust . Don’t miss lead future employees with not so trust
Human resources at Coldwater is totally disconnected eith the hiring process amd we have lost potential employees due to how long it takes for the hiring process and not keeing connected with applicants -its been awful for years
Stop hiring people for positions that do not contribute anything to the department or team. ProMedica only promotes persons that call off, young people that have no experiences leading people and overlook those that have experiences and could continue to educate and develop.
Review from Operations Dept
I think they should do peer interviews as well.
Review from Operations Dept
Do reference and background checks
Review from Customer Support Dept
hire those who are quality people
Review from Finance Dept
The HR department needs to hire people that can do the job and not who they know and like
