What are some of the best things about your team?
We are truly a " Total team"...we are here to care for others, but our teams are truly supported from the top
We all work together pretty well. Despite some disputes, things are resolved rather quickly and solutions are made to keep everyone happy. Sometimes it really does feel like a family

More structure within the rehab department
The lack of FT RNs left had direct effect on quality of care provided to hospice patients. My RN coworkers had warned me that I should not stay with Heartland as a long-term career. They spoke of being mislead, over worked, forced into on call coverage, and having to neglect pt care to complete ppwk
Staff can be very clique-like.
