We all work together pretty well. Despite some disputes, things are resolved rather quickly and solutions are made to keep everyone happy. Sometimes it really does feel like a family
Review from Operations Dept
The way we interact with each other to get a job done. We (hourly employees) are in very similar situations and we function well together as a result.
Team work, family environment, we can count on eCh other
They are all very supportive of one another
Not sure constant turn over
they are very diverse and caring
Kind, caring and helpful coworkers
strong work ethics, willingness to change to the environment
Despite working for a broken system the team comes together and gets through each shift one hour at a time.
My team is small and we work well together,
Very welcoming and helpful. Always helping find the answer to any issues we come across.
All have the same outlook about the company that it’s all about Promedica making money and not caring one bit about their employees. We are just a number with a very high turn over rat
They all try hard and care for patients
Their passion for doing hospice work
My team always pulls together and fills in the gaps on overbooked days which is all the time because our manager only worries about getting the highest encounter rate.
Calm with a ton of experience
A bonded with a few people
We all help each other out and are there for one another, since we are all experiencing the same issues, difficulties, and stressors.
Review from Finance Dept
My coworkers are the best
Review from Operations Dept
Everyone is nice, but I'm mingled in with other teams in cube land. Those people are hard to deal with sometimes. The company skews old, which makes it hard for younger people to fit in and be recognized for their contributions.
Communication, patience, being reliable, being more open minded
More structure within the rehab department
The lack of FT RNs left had direct effect on quality of care provided to hospice patients. My RN coworkers had warned me that I should not stay with Heartland as a long-term career. They spoke of being mislead, over worked, forced into on call coverage, and having to neglect pt care to complete ppwk
Staff can be very clique-like.
Work ethic quality professionalism manors
they need to bring back the nurses that had experience and stop replacing them with ones right out of school
Review from Finance Dept
Better attitude toward patients and the job
Review from Customer Support Dept
They are mostly good hardworking people
we work pretty good togethere
