Working with kids helps make it more positive

My patients that I care for and the employees (hourly) that I work with.

The parties because everyone loves to eat

Good people and good enviroment

Senior leadership advocates for geowth

a willingness to help others, always doing what is ethically correct to do

Working in my department with fun and nice people

As I keep saying the environment in my department is very welcoming.

Compassion for one another and teamwork to get each other through

A sense of collaboration amongst staff

The team of employees...because no matter how short staffed we are we always help eachother

My residents appreciate that I am there for them

When I came in I reminded myself I would be home soon.

Coworkers getting along well with each other.

Review from Operations Dept

Honestly it's hard to think about the positives, because for a less conservative person it is very hard to appreciate the culture here. The directors and above have it better, it seems. If you're lower-level, good luck getting taken seriously.

Patient centered care and compassionate employees

Patient Focused and safety focused

Review from Operations Dept

morale, team work, willingness to help with scheduling conflicts

Review from Operations Dept

As part of a Health System we continue to adopt and become part of a larger presence in the area.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Start all over, perhaps? Employees are not believed.

Patient care and treatment of employees over money

Better pay for all staff including the therapy department

Stop advertising compassionate care and 24/7 availability when it is flat out untrue. Provide better support to your in field teams.

Things need to be more equal overall.

Better pay. Better insurance. Better providers who are not allowed to be verbally abusive towards staff. Safe patient to staff ratios.

GET AN ENTIRE NEW EXECUTIVE TEAM. THRYVE ALL BEEN THERE TOO LONG.

Give a lease a 30min lunch break

Pay more. Hire more. Become employee focused. Take care of your employees and they will be great.

Attitudes. We have several loud voices that think theirs is the most important. We have managers that arent invested and have alot of long weekends and push good employees while avoiding negative employees or being reactive to them.

remove the CED AS SOON AS YOU CAN SHE BRING IT DOWN AND BLAMING EVERYBOBY

Stop pressuring for work accountability when every member's job function requires a different level of time, understanding, skill, and effort. Allow employees to engage with one another more often. Stop grading work productivity so critically and harshly. Offer more incentives.

Review from Finance Dept

Better relationship between us and mgmt

Review from Operations Dept

everything the focus is not on our patients it's on how much money we can make from them it needs to be on the care of the patients thats why we nee the experienced nurse to help with that the new nurse dont have that
