I retired Aug. 31, 2023 and started working at Promedica Toledo Hospital part time. My time with the company has shown me a break down in what is suppose to be a policy driven company is not, equipment to help comfort patients (slings, slide sheets) not on floor, equip. not operable (Iv carts, beds)

I feel for the compensation is not equivalent for all what is expected of the job, there is a lot more expected which i did not know about taking the job and it seems keep on wanting more.
