Love how they can't stop bragging about it being the companiesmost profitable year ever just after they give a 2-5% pay cut to most employees.

4% pay decrease in the "most profitable year ever." Give promotions to match level descriptions to work done. Give raises higher then the cost of living increases. Improve Pay,benefits,401k matches, etc to be competitive with industry

Coworkers are overworked and underexperienced to handle their workload. They need to refuse some work assigned w Them to not be burnt out. Competitive pay is required to hire experienced engineers. New grads are pushed into project lead positions with entry level pay

Their is no marketing. Few people know qualcomm when I mention it even though they have atleast one of our products in their pocket. Experienced engineers are all leaving for better compensated experience. Qualcomm is beginning to lack the talent required to reach their goals.

Engineering te conducts entire process after quick screening call / email from recruiter. One phone interview followed by one day of on-site interviews; they do not drag it out over weeks of call backs. the interviewers will be your manager and coworkers. Only one dumb whiteboard coding question.
