Catalent Pharma Solutions: So far, my experience has been very positive. My team is welcoming and very knowledgeable. I think the site struggles with communication between teams and from leadership, but it seems that there are initiatives in place to improve that.

GEICO: Improvements are needed in communication. There should be one person assisting you not a different person each time you call. This makes for errors, and different info given. Seemingly they want to close your file before the vehicle was repaired. They pass their responsibility onto others.

The GEO Group: The GEO Group has been great to me. The only issue is not being allowed to interview for a promotion or opportunity base upon not having 6 months in my current position. I have the education and experience. Some of these positions rarely open up and I miss out on the opportunity.
The GEO Group: Lots of record keeping. Lots of reading. Sometimes I have to wait around for an escort just to do my job. The building and its atmosphere is depressing and it's hard to be proud in a job that catches a lot of flak because of its direct affiliation with ICE.

The GEO Group: I just started here a Geo group. I believe I would like to stay until I retire. It's a nice company to work for. I haven't found anything that I didn't like. I really like coming to work. I like the challenge and figuring new things out.
Tesla: Well It hasn't been a real long time yet, and i'm still learning to fly so to speak. Aside from being new, it's great everyone is passionate, skilled and heavily influenced by big ideas and thinking outside the box. I love it.

GEICO: GEICO's leadership needs to focus on rebuilding trust and morale. This requires improved transparency regarding job security, an end to oppressive micromanagement, and a genuine reinvestment in employee well-being by restoring the benefits that once made them feel valued.
Trader Joe's: Customer service is great and it's a pleasure to be there, no preservatives and organic options, fairly affordable, great choices.

The GEO Group: New hire on a contract taken over from previous company i had worked at. Seems to be the same.
Clayton Homes: My team generally can figure out how to make things work on our own, and most of us work together to accomplish our goals for the day.
Lexus: Really it was wonderful brand in the world
The GEO Group: It has been very pleasant thus far. I have been particularly please with the kindness of the leaders and how they approach work. Itnis a comfortable work culture were there is a lot of respect. I like that we treat each other kindly and the detainnes are very well treated also.
The GEO Group: Not good. Dont feel valued. Most managers are clueless and do nothing all day. Its a big click.
IBM: Really smart and kind people that you learn a lot from.
The GEO Group: There is no communication. OJT are put with CO that arent the best. Honetly it has been a trainwreck since starting

The GEO Group: The HR department at the corporation is horrible, and the recruiting is horrible. Paperwork is often lost and is asked for at least 4 times. When negotiating pay raise, they stated that they never received or talked about the pay negotiations, even though you have proof of negotiations.

Encompass Health: I have been a CNA for 30 years and I am currently going to school to become a RN. The teamwork at Encompass is the best I have experienced throughout my entire career, and they are very supportive when it comes to an individual's growth. I always feel that my voice is heard.

Northside Hospital: While no company is perfect, I feel like Northside does a lot of things right, and I would highly recommend my practice to friends and colleagues. I am proud to be a Northside employee.
Foundever: It's a carousel of feelings in an amusement park, which goes from pure happiness to shock to anxiety even to fear(of job loosing or staying in the same position forever with no valuable benefits or salary increase) and then switches to hope, whenever the leadership shows transparency and communicate

Foundever: 7 years ago was a very good company. Today after the pandemic all was worse, no compensations, no raise the salary, if you are working from home doesn't have benefits.. All is going worse for sure today i don't recommend this company
