Daniels Health: Management gives too much stress, fast pace work
Calix: Calix has been one of the best choices I have made in my career switch. With little expectations I joined & I seem to have a handful of what I never dreamt of. I have been utilizing my potential more than I knew to deliver my tasks. Very happy with everything that Calix has given me today.
Harbor Freight Tools: Value received per dollar spent.

Simple Mills: Some teammates were kind but conflict-avoidant. We could've worked better together with more transparency, accountability, and courage to question leadership instead of protecting the status quo. Trust can’t grow in a culture of silence.

TP: The problem with the company is the low compensation for local accounts. If they improve it by adding a bit of allowances, then it would be at least bearable to work everyday

Working Solutions: Kim is the greatest! She built Working Solutions from the gournd up, literally in her kitchen. This is the best company I have worked for in my time working from home!
Monetate: Monetate was once a great place to work, but poor leadership decisions, multiple layoffs, and a lack of clear direction have led to low morale and instability. Marketing was deprioritized, and the culture has shifted away from collaboration and growth.
Splunk: It was not the company that was used to be. Employees have no pride on working for Splunk any more- it is just a Cisco company.
Stanley Engineered Fastening: People are mostly highly experienced and competent. Senior management are directed by Coporate management and it makes for a chaotic and challenging work environment. Processes are not consistent and it seems major realignment occurs every couple of years.

Foundever: I've been with Foundever for five years now, and I feel every year has been better than the previous one. It is a company I would love to work at for the longest time, and it will always present new challenges and opportunities to grow and develop
ADP: Overall, I have a had a great experience. Every day I see employees and leaders going above and beyond to live in the culture. The only complaint I have is the benefits. The medical plans are very expensive compared to other companies I've worked for. Autism treatment should be covered.

Underdog: I like that I can start my day as early or as late as I need to, and that my performance is evaluated by the actual results, not the hours spent. The team has been more than welcoming and everyone is friendly and helpful. What else would one need to be productive and happy?
