Zenith American Solutions: I worked for zenith for almost two years and had to leave, due to no opening. I was not happy but had to do what was best for me. YgEia3: I have worked for YgEia3 for over 6 years, and it has been a good experience, minus a difficult time, but that has been corrected, and now company is selling corporate side of the business, and I was fortunate enough to get a share in the companies vesting program, so will get a nice payday.
PNC: Job descriptions are intentionally vague. Wages fail to come anywhere near cost of living increases. Management is either amazing or incompetent, rarely in the middle. Expectations are never clearly communicated and most KPI are unclear. Average employee experience is apathetic at best.

Kimberly-Clark: They do seem to care about you and your success. It feels like any issues or problems will be addressed (and probably solved) in a reasonable amount of time.
Taco Bell: They need to look at their clothes. They need to see how flexible their hours are and they need to give them the days off especially if it's important unlike me I don't get my days off and I have important stuff.

Percepta: It's great but, if you follow your schedule your case load can become overwhelming simply because some teams go into other auxes to avoid taking calls. You'll have 40 agents available but only 3 or so will be in ready which penalizes the people who follow their schedules.

While it can be demanding, it also provides valuable life lessons in communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
