Smartsheet: I really like and respect my team members. I believe my manager has my best interest in mind. I think we have an amazing product. I like working with my customers. Since losing my RSUs, I actually make less money than I did 4 years ago. The path to advancement is unclear.

Uline: Abusive management. The rewards mixed with the control are borderline cult like. There is not support from upper management or HR when there are consistent reports of abusive management, in turn they help the manager at the extent of the employees emotional and physical wellbeing.
Texas Roadhouse: their amazing service and amazing quality in food that is consistent

Has little regard for their employees and cares only about making money. Turnover and stress levels very high.
