Paycom: I have had good times and bad times, but it's hard to remember anything good currently in this state of working here. The values have changed and we as ees are no longer a priority. The last year has opened a lot of eyes as to how much they mean to this company, and it doesn't appear to be a lot.

Then, over the years, I've been stamped down by bad processes and mean people, seen so many people get fired or leave for better companies, and at this point, I don't feel my work has the same value that it once did. Imprivata: It's great. I do think though pay is something to be more transparent about as well as what's going on in C-Suite more often.
Imprivata: There are some organizations that get priority and others that are overlooked. Support never gets anything fun, we don't even get a team building experience, or the same perks as say, sales. Lots of work and very little thanks. It's mostly a blame game and support gets thrown under the bus a lot.
Imprivata: It hasn't been all bad, but over the last 6-10 mos it's felt the marketing team has been deteriorating as we're losing great talent due to poor leadership.

Raises and promotions are rare and are not tied to performance. There is little transparency or accountability within the org.

HealthPartners: Communication! There's hardly any and its poor quality when it's there. They also need to improve at follow-up/follow through. Stop hiring friends/family with zero skills, and not teaching them skills and also refusing to discipline no matter the level of infraction, including drug use.

HealthPartners: Lack of communication runs rampant, poor leadership with clear favoritism for friends, no follow-up or follow through by leadership. They dont care about proper training. The thing that makes this job is helping patients and good benefits. However, they want to take benefits away.
Sweetwater: Sweetwater has very high but also very reasonable standards for its employees. If you're good at your job, you will go far. I don't think it's the perfect workplace but you could do a whole lot worse.
